FREE PRODUCT TESTING, BACKED BY DECADES OF EXPERIENCE

One of the things we take great pride in is the vast base of experience that we have gained in the combined 98 years between Smoot and Taylor brands in the pneumatic conveying and packaging industries. To date, we have installed literally thousands of conveying and packaging systems throughout the world, handling everything “from Ash to Zinc”.

We have complete testing facilities at both locations. In Parsons, KS our test area connected to our facility is 5,200 sq. ft. Filled with various packaging equipment for open mouth, valve bag, and bulk bag handling systems. Having our test lab in the same building as our fabrication shop, allows us to customize equipment as customers are testing their product. Not only is this convenient for testing, it also allows the customer to walk away from our facility knowing exactly what works to fill, package, or unload their product.

In our Kansas City location our test lab includes complete equipment test loops for dilute, dense and (our recently patented) Eco-Phase systems. One thing that makes Magnum Systems unique is our ability to test products with dilute OR dense phase. Since we have decades of experience in pneumatic conveying systems when a customer comes to us to solve a material conveying problem we have the means to educate and determine the best type of pneumatic system for their product.

Why do we still offer FREE product testing when we have thousands of installed systems already? Easy, there is still so much to learn. Every product is different. Every application is nuanced. Every customer has their unique expectations. And the one thing we have been around long enough to learn is that we don’t know everything…but we are willing to learn.
