BULK-BAG FILLING

Taylor's IBC bulk bag-filling equipment is engineered for various materials and containers. The IBC's modular design allows complete bulk bag loading flexibility from a free-standing manual operation to a fully integrated and automated system handling bags, drums and boxes.

Bulk-Bag Filling System Features:

• Stand-alone frame or complete automated system.
• Up to 3,000 lb. capacity standard.
• 12 in. diameter inflatable neck seal to provide a dust-tight seal.
• Stainless steel product contacts are standard.
• Drum and box capabilities with optional lift platform.
• Optional robotic palletizing systems: pallet dispenser and filled pallet takeaway conveyors.
• Optional weigh package: T4000 controller, control box, three positions six in. knife gate for bulk and dribble fill cycle.
