Lenexa, KS - Magnum Systems is excited to welcome Stacy Christmann as our new Director of Human Resources. A seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in building and expanding HR functions within high-growth settings, Stacy will oversee our human resources strategy, focusing on integrating acquisitions, recruiting, talent development, performance management, and compliance—all while strengthening our culture as the company continues to grow.
“I’m energized by what we’re doing at Magnum and where we’re headed,” says Christmann. “I look forward to partnering with the leadership team to ensure our HR infrastructure supports the company’s next phase of growth.”
Stacy brings extensive experience building HR functions within complex, highly regulated industries and high-growth environments, including Aerospace and Defense government contracting, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food and beverage, and publicly traded organizations. She has led multi-site HR integrations, implemented enterprise HR systems, and developed compliant workforce structures to support operational consistency and risk mitigation.
“Every company I’ve worked for has taught me something I’ve been able to carry forward,” she explains. “I pick up those experiences and apply them in ways that can make a real difference.”
At Magnum, Stacy’s main focus will be designing and implementing a scalable HR infrastructure to support the company’s growth and acquisitions strategy — building a plug-and-play framework that ensures consistency in processes, systems, and culture across all locations.
“Organizations perform best and retain talent when people buy into the vision and have the structure and support needed to succeed,” Christmann said. “That’s what we’re working to build as Magnum continues to grow.”
When she’s not working, Stacy enjoys Sunday brunch outings with her husband Tom, caring for her thriving indoor hydroponic garden — where she grows everything from herbs to cucumbers to hibiscus — and spending time with their three beloved Havanese dogs, Molly, Max, and Murphy. She and Tom also enjoy keeping up with their four children and their growing families.
