Feed:

Equipment to handle bird feed (bird-seed), whole or processed feed for livestock, vitamins or minerals intended for livestock feed supplements, and meals derived from grains intended for use as feed supplements.

Fertilizer, Soil, and Mulch:

Bagging scales for fertilizer and farm soil nutrients, such as lime, copper, magnesium, and sulfur, are used to blend or bag these materials for use on farms or in mulch, compost, or potting soil.
