From auger scale to palletizer, the full system came together in one cohesive install-cleaning up asphalt packaging from start to finish.

A gross weight auger scale hits fills within ±0.010%-tight enough to keep product quality consistent and giveaway to a minimum.

The TRP-3000 handles stacking at two locations automatically, freeing up labor and keeping the end of the line moving.

With dual operators, the system runs at up to six bags per minute-a meaningful jump in both output and date-to-date capacity.

A single operator can keep conveying and palletizing running smoothly without sacrificing production consistency.

Precise weighing means fills are accurate, product variability drops, and costly overfills or rework become the exception, not the rule.

When one of my largest customers asked me if I was interested in bagging the material we previously manufactured, I jumped at the chance. Researching other plants, I found that most of the operations I wanted to emulate were based on Magnum’s operating systems. I found their sales staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Any equipment needs to be tweaked and adapted before installation. Those changes were dealt with promptly and fairly. When this system is operating at its capacity, I plan on working with Magnum again to install a duplicate system.
